12 की परीक्षा में मंत्रिपरिषद की सहमति, नवंबर के दूसरे सप्ताह में परीक्षा

नेशनल एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड (NEB) ने इस साल कक्षा 12 की परीक्षा जल्द आयोजित करने का फैसला किया है। रविवार शाम को आयोजित बोर्ड की एक बैठक में काम करने की प्रक्रिया को पारित करने के बाद परीक्षा लेने का फैसला किया गया है।

बोर्ड ने कक्षा 11 के 40 प्रतिशत मूल्यांकन, कक्षा 12 के 40 प्रतिशत और कक्षा 12 से प्रयोगात्मक 20 प्रतिशत के आधार पर परीक्षा आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है।

बोर्ड ने परीक्षार्थियों के लिए अपने स्कूल या नजदीकी स्कूल में परीक्षा देने की व्यवस्था की है। बोर्ड ने पिछली कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद विधि, प्रक्रिया और पद्धति का पालन करते हुए सावधानीपूर्वक परीक्षा लेने की मंजूरी के बाद कार्य प्रक्रिया तैयार की है।

शिक्षा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव और प्रवक्ता दीपक शर्मा ने कहा, "जैसे ही कैबिनेट शिक्षा मंत्रालय को नीति की मंजूरी देता है, मंत्रालय ने बोर्ड को परीक्षा का संचालन और संचालन करने का निर्देश दिया है।"

बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष, प्रादा चंद्रमणि पौडेल ने स्पष्ट किया कि परीक्षा को प्रतिशत के आधार पर लेने का निर्णय लिया गया है न कि अंकों के आधार पर क्योंकि कुछ विषयों में 80 प्रतिशत प्रायोगिक परीक्षा और 20 प्रतिशत व्यावहारिक परीक्षा होगी।

बोर्ड के सदस्य सचिव दुर्गा आर्यल ने बताया कि परीक्षा आयोजित करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य मानकों और नैतिकता तैयार करने की तैयारी की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा, "हम एक या दो दिन में कार्यक्रम को सार्वजनिक कर देंगे।" फिर हम परीक्षा से जुड़ी अन्य प्रक्रियाएं शुरू करेंगे। '

दस वर्षों के बाद, सभी स्कूलों में उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को वितरित करने, प्रश्न पत्र तैयार करने, केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष को प्रशिक्षित करने, स्वास्थ्य मानकों के अनुसार परीक्षा मानदंड तैयार करने और सभी संबंधित निकायों के साथ विचार-विमर्श करने का काम शुरू होगा।

शिक्षा, विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री गिरिराज मणि पोखरेल ने कहा है कि वह लिखित रूप में कक्षा 12 की परीक्षा देंगे।

Chairman of the Board, Prada Chandra Mani Poudel, clarified that it has been decided to conduct the examination on the basis of percentage and not on the basis of marks.

According to him, the entire process has been completed after Dashain and preparations have been made to conduct the examination after Chhath. The ministry has decided to conduct the examination in a meeting after giving the authority to conduct and manage the examination by formulating working procedures.

Board Member Secretary Durga Aryal informed that preparations are being made to formulate health standards and ethics for conducting the examination. He said, "We will make the schedule public within a day or two." Then we will start other procedures related to the examination. '

The assessment system 9Grid has been deactivated in this year's exams. That is, all the provisions including the process of asking such a number of questions, short and long answer process have been removed from this text.

A meeting of the Curriculum Evaluation and Management Council chaired by the Minister of Education has decided to deactivate the grid system for this year, said Ministry spokesperson Sharma.

After the grid is removed, the board will prepare a question paper with 40 percent marks. Examination will be held on the same basis. The process of conducting the examination has started immediately after the decision of the board.

The work of distributing answer books to all the schools, preparing question papers, training the central chairperson, preparing examination criteria as per the health standards and holding discussions with all the concerned bodies will start after the decade.

Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel has stated that he will take the Class 12 examination in writing.
