परबत: परबत जिले के जलजला गांव में सीपीएन (माओवादी) में एक सौ पचास नेपाली कांग्रेस (एनसी) कैडर शामिल हुए हैं, जबकि पार्टी में प्रवेश की प्रतियोगिता चल रही है। नेपाली कांग्रेस के सहयोगी संगठन तरुण दल के जिला नेता इंद्र मल्ल के नेतृत्व में सीपीएन (माओवादी) में कुल 150 कैडर शामिल हुए हैं।

CPN (माओवादी) की स्थायी समिति के सदस्य और गंडकी आर्थिक मामलों और योजना मंत्री किरण गुरुंग और प्रतिनिधि सभा के सदस्य पदम गिरि ने सोमवार को जलजाला अध्ययन फाउंडेशन (कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ नेपाल (CPN) जलजला की आधारशिला रखी है।

सीपीएन (जलजला), सीपीएन (माओवादी) स्थायी समिति के सदस्य और मंटी गुरुंग द्वारा बनाई जा रही जलजाला स्टडी फाउंडेशन बिल्डिंग के ग्राउंडब्रेकिंग समारोह में बोलते हुए कहा कि सभी लोगों को देश के समृद्ध होने के लिए उत्पादन से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। यह कहते हुए कि उत्पादन के बिना रोजगार पैदा नहीं होगा और बिना खर्च के आमदनी नहीं बढ़ेगी, गुरुंग ने कहा कि केवल भाषण तेज करने से देश समृद्ध नहीं होगा।

यह कहते हुए कि सरकार द्वारा बनाई गई योजना में प्रत्येक नागरिक की जरूरत है, गुरुंग ने कहा कि कोविद -19 की अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने का सबसे अच्छा विकल्प सभी लोगों के उत्पादन को जोड़ना है।

गुरुंग ने कहा, "पड़ोसी देशों को देखें, जहां नागरिक 18 साल की उम्र के बाद काम करते हैं और पढ़ाई करते हैं। हम अपने बच्चों के लिए 80 साल की उम्र में भी पैसा कमाने की सोच रहे हैं।" उन्होंने कहा कि आर्थिक समृद्धि की कल्पना तब तक नहीं की जा सकती, जब तक कि खर्चों के भुगतान की कोई आवश्यकता न हो। यह कहते हुए कि यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि विकासशील देशों में भ्रष्टाचार व्याप्त है, गुरुंग ने इसके नियंत्रण के लिए सभी को काम करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

उन्होंने दावा किया कि बजट लोगों के जीवन स्तर को ऊपर उठाने के लिए तैयार किया गया था। "नेपाल के लोग सबसे कम करों का भुगतान करते हैं," उन्होंने कहा। हमारे पास जमीन पास करते समय कम मूल्य के बैंक स्टेटमेंट बनाकर सरकार को धोखा देकर सरकार को धोखा देने की प्रवृत्ति है। "

सीपीएन-परबत के अध्यक्ष और प्रतिनिधि सभा के सदस्य पदम गिरि ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि अब विकल्प सीपीएन (माओवादी) था। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पार्टी पर जन प्रतिनिधियों के कारण खाली रहने का आरोप लगाया जिन्होंने झूठा प्रचार किया कि संघीय और राज्य सरकारों द्वारा जलजला को भेजे गए बजट ने काम किया था और अनुबंध नहीं मिलने पर सिफारिश भी नहीं दी थी। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि स्थानीय सरकार सीपीएन (माओवादी) सरकार की बड़ी और महत्वाकांक्षी योजना जलजला में लागू की गई थी।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन जलजला स्टडी फाउंडेशन के सचिव दुर्गा बहादुर दारजी ने किया और अध्यक्षता नर बहादुर कार्की ने की। नंद बहादुर हमाल, टीका हमाल और देवी प्रसाद पौडेल, जिन्होंने भवन निर्माण के लिए मुफ्त जमीन प्रदान की, को सम्मानित किया गया।

 One and a half hundred Congress cadres join CPN  in mountain water, let's connect with production for prosperity: Gurung

Parbat: One hundred and fifty Nepali Congress (NC) cadres have joined the CPN  in Jaljala village of Parbat district while the competition for party entry is underway. A total of 150 cadres have joined the CPN (Maoist) under the leadership of Indra Malla, a district leader of the Nepali Congress-affiliated Tarun Dal.

Members of the CPN (Maoist) Standing Committee and Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Gandaki Kiran Gurung and Member of the House of Representatives Padam Giri have laid the foundation stone of the Jaljala Study Foundation (CPN-Jaljala) and joined the CPN 

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the Jaljala Study Foundation Building, which is being constructed by the CPN-Jaljala, CPN (Maoist) Standing Committee member Manti Gurung said that all the people should be connected with production for the prosperity of the country. Stating that employment would not be created without production and income would not increase without expenditure, Gurung said that the country would not be prosperous only by rattling the speech.

Stating that every citizen needs to be involved in the plan made by the government, Gurung said that the best option to boost the economy of Kovid-19 is to link the production of all the people.

"Look at the neighboring countries where the citizens work and study after 18 years of age. We are thinking of earning money for our children even when they are 80 years old," said Gurung. He said that economic prosperity could not be imagined as long as there was no need to pay for expenses. Stating that it is unfortunate that corruption is rampant in developing countries, Gurung stressed on the need for all to work for its control.

He claimed that the budget was prepared to raise the living standards of the people. "People of Nepal pay the lowest taxes," he said. "We have a tendency to cheat the government by overvaluing the government by making a bank statement that passes at a lower price when land is passed."

Speaking on the occasion, CPN (Maoist) Parbat Chairman and Member of the House of Representatives Padam Giri said that the alternative now was the CPN (Maoist). He accused the Congress party of being empty because of the people's representatives who falsely claimed that the budget sent by the federal and state governments to Jaljala had worked and did not even give a recommendation if they did not get the contract. He also said that the local government was alarmed as the big and ambitious plan of the CPN (Maoist) government was being implemented in Jaljala.

The program was conducted by Durga Bahadur Darji, Secretary of Jaljala Study Foundation and chaired by Nara Bahadur Karki. Nanda Bahadur Hamal, Tika Hamal and Devi Prasad Poudel, who provided free land for the construction of the building, were honored.
