ओलीकाे राजनीति सकियाे ! प्रचण्डले लिए यति ठूलो बाेल्ड निर्णय !

 सचिवालय के सदस्य ईशवर पोखरेल शुक्रवार को खुमताल पहुंचे और प्रचंड से दोनों राष्ट्रपतियों के बीच बातचीत का आग्रह किया।  बुधवार को महासचिव बिष्णु और सीपीएन (माओवादी) संसदीय दल के उप नेता सुबाष नेमांग ने प्रचंड से अलग-अलग मुलाकात की।

 उन्होंने बैठक को कुछ दिनों के लिए स्थगित करने का सुझाव दिया लेकिन दोनों अध्यक्षों ने चर्चा में बैठने का सुझाव दिया।  ओली समूह ने प्रचंड द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रस्ताव को वापस लेने या सही करने और एक संयुक्त प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने के विकल्प को आगे रखा है।  इसने 10 सितंबर को हुए समझौते पर लौटने का भी प्रस्ताव दिया है।

 हालांकि, प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह, जो पार्टी सचिवालय, स्थायी समिति और केंद्रीय समिति के माध्यम से संसदीय दल में बहुमत का दावा करता है, इस बार ओली पर बहुमत का दबाव बनाने की योजना बना रहा है।  इस समूह के नेताओं ने कहा है कि पार्टी अनिर्णय की कैदी नहीं होगी और यदि कोई आम सहमति नहीं है, तो संविधान के अनुसार बहुमत-अल्पसंख्यक द्वारा निर्णय लिया जाएगा।  इस बीच, दोनों समूहों के नेताओं पर जीत हासिल करने के लिए कई प्रयास हुए।

 हालांकि ओली समूह कुछ दिनों के लिए बैठक को स्थगित करने के पक्ष में है, प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह शनिवार को सचिवालय की बैठक आयोजित करने के पक्ष में है।  प्रवक्ता नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ ने बताया कि बैठक शनिवार को होगी।  प्रचंड-नेपाल गुट द्वारा बहुमत से फैसला करने की योजना के बाद राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भंडारी भी विवाद को सुलझाने में सक्रिय रही हैं।  राष्ट्रपति भंडारी ने प्रचंड-नेपाल समूह के नेताओं को बहुमत-अल्पसंख्यक वोट के लिए नहीं जाने का सुझाव दिया है।  ओली और भंडारी ने गुरुवार दोपहर भंडारी से मुलाकात की।  भंडारी ने मंगलवार को कृषि मंत्री घनश्याम भुसाल से मुलाकात की थी ।

 12 नवंबर को सीपीएन की बैठक में प्रचंड द्वारा प्रस्तुत 19-पृष्ठ का प्रस्ताव और 29 नवंबर को ओली द्वारा प्रस्तुत 38-पृष्ठ का प्रस्ताव औपचारिक चर्चा में प्रवेश कर गया है।  इन प्रस्तावों और दोनों राष्ट्रपतियों के पत्र शनिवार की बैठक के एजेंडे पर हैं।  ओली ने कहा कि दहल का प्रस्ताव एक आरोप पत्र था और इसे वापस लिया जाना चाहिए।  हालांकि, अधिकांश सदस्यों ने कहा कि दोनों प्रस्तावों पर पहले ही चर्चा हो चुकी है।

 दहल-नेपाल समूह ने दोनों प्रस्तावों को ताक पर रखकर संयुक्त प्रस्ताव बनाने के ओली समूह के प्रस्ताव को खारिज कर दिया है।  दहल-नेपाल गुट के नेताओं ने तर्क दिया है कि समिति के बाहर आम सहमति तक पहुंचने के प्रयासों के बावजूद यह संभव नहीं था।  कांतिपुर में रोज खबर होती है। ! Ishwar Pokharel, a member of the Secretariat, reached Khumtal on Friday and urged Prachanda to hold talks between the two presidents.  On Wednesday, General Secretary Bishnu and CPN (Maoist) parliamentary party deputy leader Subash Nemang met Prachanda separately.

  He suggested postponing the meeting for a few days but the two chairpersons suggested sitting in the discussion.  The Oli Group has put forward the option to withdraw or correct the proposal submitted by Prachanda and submit a joint resolution.  It has also proposed to return to the agreement reached on 10 September.

  However, the Prachanda-Nepal group, which claims a majority in the parliamentary party through the party secretariat, the standing committee and the central committee, is planning to exert majority pressure on Oli this time.  The leaders of this group have stated that the party will not be a prisoner of indecision and if there is no consensus, a decision will be taken by the majority-minority according to the constitution.  Meanwhile, there were several attempts to win over the leaders of both groups.

  Although the Oli group is in favor of postponing the meeting for a few days, the Prachanda-Nepal group is in favor of holding a secretariat meeting on Saturday.  Spokesperson Narayan Kazi Shrestha told that the meeting will be held on Saturday.  President Vidyadevi Bhandari has also been active in resolving the dispute after the Prachanda-Nepal group decided to take a majority decision.  President Bhandari has suggested the leaders of Prachanda-Nepal group not to go for majority-minority vote.  Oli and Bhandari met Bhandari on Thursday afternoon.  Bhandari met Agriculture Minister Ghanshyam Bhusal on Tuesday.

  The 19-page proposal submitted by Prachanda at the CPN (Maoist) meeting on November 12 and the 38-page proposal submitted by Oli on November 29 have entered formal discussion.  These proposals and the letters of both presidents are on the agenda for Saturday's meeting.  Ollie said that Dahl's proposal was a charge sheet and should be withdrawn.  However, most of the members said that both the proposals have already been discussed.

  The Dahl-Nepal group has rejected the Oli Group's proposal to form a joint resolution by putting both proposals on hold.  Leaders of the Dahl-Nepal faction have argued that this was not possible despite attempts to reach a consensus outside the committee.  There is daily news in Kantipur.
