यह तय नहीं किया गया है कि अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओली नेपाल की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के सचिवालय की बैठक में भाग लेंगे या नहीं। बैठक ओली द्वारा नहीं बल्कि एक अन्य अध्यक्ष पुष्पा कमल दहल प्रचंड द्वारा बुलाई गई थी। तीन दिसंबर को सचिवालय की बैठक ने तीन दिनों के लिए समय देकर स्थायी समिति की बैठक को स्थगित करने का निर्णय लिया है। सभापति ओली कल के लिए निर्धारित सचिवालय की बैठक से अनुपस्थित थे।
तीन दिनों तक पार्टी की बैठक में ओली के नहीं दिखाए जाने के बाद प्रचंड समेत पांच सचिवालय सदस्य आगे बढ़ने के लिए तैयार हैं। वरिष्ठ नेता झाला नाथ ख़ानल के अनुसार, कल की बैठक स्थगित नहीं की जाएगी और अब पार्टी की सभी समस्याओं का समाधान समिति के माध्यम से विधिवत् तरीके से किया जाएगा।
प्रचंड सहित नेता पार्टी कमेटी की हर बात से छुटकारा पाने के लिए तैयार हैं। समझा जाता है कि कल सचिवालय को बुलाने और स्थायी समिति के माध्यम से केंद्रीय समिति की बैठक में जाने की तैयारी की गई है। 21 दिसंबर के लिए CPN (माओवादी) सचिवालय की बैठक बुलाई गई है। !   ;

. It has not been decided whether Chairman KP Sharma Oli will attend the meeting of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Nepal. The meeting was not convened by Oli but by another chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. The meeting of the secretariat on December 3 has decided to postpone the meeting of the standing committee for three days. Chairman Oli was absent from the secretariat meeting scheduled for tomorrow.
After Oli did not show up to the party meeting for three days, five secretariat members, including Prachanda, are set to move forward. According to senior leader Jhala Nath Khanal, tomorrow's meeting will not be postponed and now all the problems of the party will be resolved through the committee in a lawful manner.
Leaders including Prachanda are ready to get rid of everything from the party committee. It is understood that preparations have been made to convene the Central Committee meeting through the Standing Committee by calling the Secretariat tomorrow. A meeting of the CPN (Maoist) Secretariat has been convened for 21 December.
Prime Minister Oli is not ready to accept the decision saying the party committee is interim. He is in the minority within the party. So they are not ready to face it. Instead, he is ready to face the challenge in the parliamentary party. His opposition group, on the other hand, has moved ahead with the party committee to take a decision on Oli.
Within the CPN (Maoist), opposition groups are preparing to remove Oli from office. Influential leaders within the CPN (Maoist) from President Vidyadevi Bhandari have increased their activism. They have intensified the meeting
