दशैं विशेष : जब रावणले सुनाए लक्ष्मणलाई तीन जीवन–मन्त्र

रावण वास्तव में एक प्रतीक है। अहंकार का प्रतीक, अनैतिकता का प्रतीक, अपनी शक्ति का दुरुपयोग करने वालों का प्रतीक।

अक्सर रावण के दस सिर प्रतीकात्मक चित्रों में दिखाए जाते हैं। एक व्यक्ति के दस सिर? यह एक आश्चर्य के रूप में आ सकता है। हालाँकि, इसका अर्थ भी है। दस सिर को काम, क्रोध, वासना, लालच, वासना, आदि का प्रतीक माना जाता है। ये सब मुट्ठी भर रावण हैं।

1। अच्छे कर्म या अच्छे कर्म जल्द से जल्द करने चाहिए। और, बुराई को धीमा, बेहतर। मतलब अच्छी किस्मत जल्द ही।

2। दूसरा, अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी, अपने दुश्मन को कभी कम मत समझो। मैंने इस जगह गलती की। मुझे लगा कि वे सामान्य बंदर थे और भालू ने मेरी सेना को पूरी तरह से नष्ट कर दिया। जब मैंने ब्रह्माजी से अमरता का वरदान मांगा, तो मैंने उनसे कहा कि कोई भी इंसान और बंदर मुझे नहीं मार सकते। क्योंकि मैंने मनुष्यों और बंदरों का तिरस्कार किया।

3। यदि जीवन का कोई रहस्य है, तो उसे किसी को न बताएं। यहां भी मैं चूक गया। क्योंकि विभीषण मेरी मृत्यु का रहस्य जानना चाहते थे। यह मेरे जीवन की सबसे बड़ी गलती है।

2. Second, never underestimate your opponent, your enemy. I made a mistake in this place. What I thought were ordinary monkeys and bears, they completely destroyed my army. When I asked Brahmaji for the gift of immortality, I told him that no one but man and monkey could kill me. Because I despised humans and monkeys.

3. If there is a secret to life, don't tell it to anyone. Here too I missed. Because Vibhishan wanted to know the secret of my death. This is the biggest mistake of my life.
